INTERNATIONAL SALES
All international sales are subject to all applicable U.S. and foreign export controls (including, without limitation, the Export Administration Act of 1979, the Export Administration Regulations promulgated thereunder, the U.S. Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations), and by placing an order through this website, you affirm that you will comply with all such applicable export controls and regulations.
You will be the importer or exporter of record and are responsible for all required licenses, permits, and authorizations. Customs and import duties may apply to international sales. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate authorities to verify whether the country to which you are having products delivered permits the importation of those products and whether customs or import duties or similar charges will apply. Pure Shaka is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
RETURNS / REFUNDS POLICY
Currently, we do not offer returns solely based on taste. We do offer returns on other unopened and/or unused products within 7 business days of order delivery. Excluding any edible, please request returns or exchanges by contacting us via phone (302) 521-4191 or by email info@pureshaka.com.
Upon receipt of a qualified return with the designated RMA number, the product is inspected, and we will notify you within 5 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, a refund will be processed within 14 business days minus a 10% return transaction fee. Please note that shipping is non-refundable. Any credit or refund will automatically be returned to the original method of payment. If the refund request is rejected, the order will be returned to you or disposed of, if so desired.
If your product was purchased through a Pure Shaka affiliate, distributor, or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
Please note we do not accept any refunds on wholesale orders unless other agreements have been lodged.
