Currently, we do not offer returns solely based on taste. We do offer returns on other unopened and/or unused products within 7 business days of order delivery. Excluding any edible, please request returns or exchanges by contacting us via phone (888) 299-7525 or by email Admin@pureshaka.com.

Upon receipt of a qualified return with the designated RMA number, the product is inspected, and we will notify you within 5 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, a refund will be processed within 14 business days minus a 10% return transaction fee. Please note that shipping is non-refundable. Any credit or refund will automatically be returned to the original method of payment. If the refund request is rejected, the order will be returned to you or disposed of, if so desired.

If your product was purchased through a Pure Shaka affiliate, distributor, or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.

Please note we do not accept any refunds on wholesale orders unless other agreements have been lodged.
