Who is behind Pure Shaka?

Pure Shaka was founded with a vision to seamlessly integrate the healing powers of nature into daily life. Based in Wilmington, DE, our team curates premium CBD, THCa, and herbal remedies to elevate holistic wellness for our community.

What is the 2018 Farm Bill and how does it affect CBD and THC products?

The 2018 Farm Bill federally legalized hemp and hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. This means CBD, THCa, Delta-8, and Delta-9 products derived from hemp are federally legal — no medical card required.

Do you ship products?

Yes. Visit pureshaka.com to shop online and check current shipping options. Hemp-derived products are federally legal and can be shipped to most states.

Do I need a medical card to shop at Pure Shaka?

No medical card is required. All of our products are hemp-derived and federally legal. Walk in, browse, and shop — no prescription, no card, no hassle.
