Shopping Guide
Choose a Product Format That Fits Your Preferences
CBD and THCa products differ by cannabinoid, format and labeling, so compare the actual product rather than relying on category names alone.
| Format | What to check | Helpful question |
|---|---|---|
| Flower or pre-rolls | Product type, strain information, cannabinoid content and batch report | Which strains are available today? |
| Gummies or beverages | Cannabinoids per serving, total package content and labeled directions | How much is in one serving? |
| Tinctures | Concentration, bottle volume, ingredients and instructions | How do the labeled strengths compare? |
| Topicals | Ingredients, size, format and intended application | Can I check the full ingredient label? |
CBD is generally non-intoxicating. Heating THCa can convert it to intoxicating THC. If you are new to a product, read the label, start low and go slow; speak with a healthcare professional if you take medications or have a medical condition.
