Returns:
We offer returns only on unopened and unused items within 10 business days of order arrival. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via phone at (888) 299-7525 or by email at info@pureshaka.com.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Process for Returns:
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise by our customer service team.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you of the receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed with a 15% return fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Rejection: If your return is rejected, the order will be reshipped back to you.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via phone or email.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personal care items.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you havenโt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time (3โ7 business days) before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Pickup Orders
When choosing the Pickup option at checkout, please note the following terms and conditions:
- Pickup Window: All pickup orders must be collected within 5 calendar days of purchase.
- Required at Pickup: Customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the order confirmation number to receive their items.
- Uncollected Orders: Any order not picked up within the 5-day window will be automatically canceled and forfeited. Payment will not be refunded or credited, and the products will be returned to inventory.
- No Refunds/Exchanges: Pickup orders are considered final sale. Once placed, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred to another person without prior written authorization from Pure Shaka.
- Responsibility: It is the customerโs responsibility to ensure timely collection. Pure Shaka is not liable for delays due to personal schedules, travel, or other circumstances preventing pickup.
